WARRANTY

All NYA-EVO products are guaranteed 5 years from the date of purchase exclusively against manufacturing defects in workmanship and/or material under the conditions herein set forth. This warranty is only applicable to products that our made by NYA-EVO and have internal label with production batch number and for which the original customer’s proof of purchase is provided. If NYA-EVO, at its own discretion, acknowledges that the product has manufacturing defects, NYA-EVO will either repair or replace the defective parts or the whole product.

This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse or overload of the product in a manner contrary to accompanying instructions, neglect, alteration, accidental damage, natural wear and tear or transport damage (by an airline for example).

NYA-EVO does not accept any liability for loss of personal items or damage to third party products used in conjunction with a NYA-EVO product. NYA-EVO’s liability is limited solely to the retail value of the product.

NYA-EVO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS, COSTS OF RENTING REPLACEMENTS AND OTHER ADDITIONAL EXPENSES, EVEN IF NYA-EVO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW NYA-EVO DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

To claim your warranty, simply request a return authorization number (RA) using the Customer Service contact form. Please include your proof of purchase, your name, a photo or a description of the manufacturing defect, a photo of the internal production batch number (this can be found on the interior main compartment left hand top corner), your mailing address and phone number. Once Customer Service has reviewed your request you will receive an email containing your RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to NYA-EVO. If you return your product to us, it must be sent by carriage paid with tracking ability and suitably packaged.
