A SWISS x NYA-EVO Get-together

We would like to close 2024 with a look back at NYA-EVO's first get-together and give you a behind the scene glance at the 3 day event.

We have always stressed that the most important part of our business are the people using the product. At the end of September we invited some of our ambassadors to the Valais area of Switzerland.

A lot of the ambassadors we have not met in person yet and they themselves have not met each other.

Day 1:

People coming from the U.S, France, Germany, Sweden, Belgium and from within Switzerland to our meeting point in Blatten. Upon arrival we had a conference room meeting to go over NYA-EVO's new prototypes and the schedule followed by an ice breaker dinner.

Day 2:

Ater an amazing breakfast with the bread selection being just out of this world the ambassadors all picked the prototypes they wanted to test and off we went on our E-mountain bikes and headed to our hike starting point.

After a short hike to the first stop a beautiful first rest point called Grundsee.

As the hike continued and we crossed a beautiful stream and then Andri (Swizterland) spotted an Ibex up on a mountain. He quickly got out his 600 tele and captured some incredible shots.

We made our way around and back to the hotel where it was time for a debrief and a group dinner.

Day 3:

The start of day 3 we were treated to a tour of the town of Blatten, learning about the old way of life, the architecture, and some fascinating traditions.

After we took our lunch snacks, the crew switched up the prototypes so that everyone can try something new and we took off for another hike. This time the weather turned pretty quickly and we were caught in some rain and snow.

After some tea in a rest stop we finally met the famous local Valais Blacknose sheep and yes these are the cutest sheep we have ever seen.

After the last debrief it was time for our final dinner all together. Spending a few days with like minded people creates some sort of energy and bond that is hard to describe. Everyone came with their own skills, their own techniques, their own styles and by the end of the gathering strangers become friends. Doing projects like this with honesty you quickly realise that It's the human connections you make that matter most.

NYA-EVO as a company would not exist without the support, feedback, and critiques of professionals at their craft such as these. The amount of fun we had together was immense and the feedback of NYA-EVO's future development was invaluable. We strive to move in this manner for years to come and are looking forward to our next NYA-EVO gathering.
